Afaik this was just the chn site and they have always done this because even now you can see the sales and rinini is actually the best seller and they have had to continue adding stock for it because it keeps getting sold out

it's gonna vary site to site and country to country
honestly real time best seller is useless because they all get sold out at the end of the day its just the matter of who buys it first imo it’s better to have higher stocks which will garner more sales in the end
