This was deffo something really recent and with damning proof, people think it’s being investigated for month but I don’t think so because there’s no way they would record and release and album with him knowing he could be guilty of a serious crime. Plus they are still releasing pcs for fan calls and all His are being changed into group ones and the managers only just unfollowed him like there’s no way this isn’t something recent
I have no type of legal knowledge so I honestly can't tell how long sm has been aware I just know not too long since nobody caught wind. But that does make sense if they're willing to publicly drop him but maybe it could be how serious the investigation is I rlly doubt sm would drop him until it got to a point of no return I just think its for the public like the members and staff can't mass unfollow before the news
