It looks like there's no base/bar post so this was some group of fans personally sending it out and funded it themselves
During ftp, there's this crazy Kfan of zhang Hao who pushed for the truck. She's being whacked by KRosins for it but still sent the truck. Not sure if she asked for donations or financed it herself. Sometimes, I hate that Hao's fans are rich. They play with their money a lot. And I wouldn't be surprised if it's her again who sent the truck 😂
