Tbh their popularity only comes from NCT and the novelty ppl like having of being fans of SM groups and successful charters but besides that their music isn't really giving exo or 127 greatness but music is subjective so we can let that go but they're also not bringing in some huge exceptional talent or humor or like yaoi or something so sometimes I really struggle to see the reason for their popularity
