Welp! Had to check the video and pause. Saw it too. My friend who had rhinoplasty complained about the same thing with his ps. The nostrils were fine at first but when the healing started the bridge somehow leaned to right side and had to do another round of operation but years later, the nose moved again. He's now regretting getting rhinoplasty. He thought it's a one time thing which happened to be a forever thing if you don't want to look weird
Yea these types of work are never a one and done thing you're getting revisions for the rest of your life and it never looks good for long
