realistically no but i wonder if hes gonna have to go to military court since hes still enlisted

I rlly wanted him to get it bad but ugh at least they're saying he'll never appear on broadcast I mean not much changes but hey
yeah the 5 year thing is the max someone could get but rarely anyone gets max sentence even regular folks and they usually get a dumb fine and community service/ education esp if its first time offence. His lawyers can even use the excuse of him being in BTS and bringing global acknowledgement to Korea to lighten his punishment. BUT I wonder if because he's part of BTS that the korean gov will use him as an example that no one evades the law even if you're a celebrity so I'm actually curious
he's definitely gonna get it light but I think his biggest thing is punishment entertainment wise like will he leave the group? he's pretty much done and can never promote in korea so idk but it's not like bts were all up in korean ent
i don't think the korean gov would do that cause they don't even punish celebrities who commit human trafficking properly.... .
