hi girlies iām going on a 10+ hr flight really soon and i have reallly bad flight anxiety and fear of turbulence- the plane could just shake for 2 seconds and i constantly think the plane might just drop and i cannot sleep at all on a plane to block out these thoughts >< plz help a girl out :( anyone got tips on what can i do to get over this?

I always think about the worst case scenarios and I just NEED to know what happens if something does happen to 'prepare' myself so it actually kinda helped my anxiety šššš like knowing how rare it is for something like an air crash to happen and how much pilots and air traffic control train and go through steps was comforting
