hi girlies i’m going on a 10+ hr flight really soon and i have reallly bad flight anxiety and fear of turbulence- the plane could just shake for 2 seconds and i constantly think the plane might just drop and i cannot sleep at all on a plane to block out these thoughts >< plz help a girl out :( anyone got tips on what can i do to get over this?

oh girl if you don't pop 36 mellys and get it on like there's actually nothing that'll help except sedating urself unfortunately

The best way I got through this was thinking of the plane in jelly. The air pressure on all sides of the plane means it’s literally impossible for you to just fall out the sky like it’s just not possible. All turbulence is is like someone wobbling the jelly and the plane moves … but it will still stay stable in the sky. Don’t worry 💓

Oh that helps that helps I feel like longer flights are better cuz you get used to them and they feel a lot more stable than short flights omg wow I sound insane in the og reply fjnfmmfmfmdm my bad anon I just woke up but you'll be okayyyy don't worry 🩷🩷🩷 it'll be over quick if you make urself busy idk if ur plane has on board entertainment but download a bunch of shows movie and music maybe buy plane wifi to have contact
