Saw a moot mention this and I’ve had it happen to me too but exhaustion and dehydration can cause sever muscle spasms and cramps especially in the legs where the large muscles are so the overworking and lack of sleep is definitely physically taking a toll on them and probably why Yujin was having problems with his legs

I recently qualified as a gp and it surprises me the amount of people that don’t know this 😭 dehydration can mess with your muscles big time and it’s especially bad if you work out or are very active. When a person is dehydrated the body starts to pull fluid out of the muscular tissue causing cramps and pains, lack of hydration can also cause the tendons and ligaments to become stiff. Also like anon said lack of sleep plays a massive part in the regression of health as your bodies main time to repair and heal itself is when you are asleep. Overworked muscles repair themselves the most when someone is sleeping that’s why it’s especially important for people who are more active to sleep well because it gives more time for the muscles to repair and restore themselves, lack of sleep means the body has less time to do this and increase the risk of worsening any muscle damage or pain a person may already have or put them at bigger risk of it.
