well i’m not a chinese fangirl anon and he’s a kpop idol and not purely a chinese celeb, i’m not against him doing stuff in china or anything and it’s great that he has those opportunities, but i’m honestly tired of how much we are influenced by his cfans and it seems like even his agency thinks only they matter

anon if it makes you feel better many of his cfans do feel similarly to how you do, they like hao promoting in korea as an idol and many started stanning because of his performances as an idol they're supportive of his chinese opportunities ofc but know that the kindustry is where the stage/music is. the agency definitely caters to cfans because they have that buying power, and i think cfans do hold some influence in general within the fandom especially as other members' cfandoms are also growing, but at the end of the day many cfans prefer him as a kpop idol they just might not be as loud about it
