yeah the 5 year thing is the max someone could get but rarely anyone gets max sentence even regular folks and they usually get a dumb fine and community service/ education esp if its first time offence. His lawyers can even use the excuse of him being in BTS and bringing global acknowledgement to Korea to lighten his punishment.
